Shipping Policy

We are into bespoke hand painted products, which takes a lot of time, and love to customize each and every product for you and your loved ones.

So, our usual Order-to-Dispatch Cycle is 12-16 working days for Hand painted Products.

However, for readymade products, our usual Order-to-Dispatch Cycle is 3-5 working days.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

After this time, delivery will take 1-3 working days to the UK,

3-5 working days to Europe, around 7 working days to other countries.


The exact delivery period cannot be guaranteed; however, we will do our best to respect the deadlines stated on the website.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to causes that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance including Covid-19 and Brexit that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes and the delivery of the items.


The buyer is responsible for any VAT, duty, taxes, handling fees, custom clearance charges etc. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s tax policy before purchasing from Awkeey, located in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. We do not reimburse customs tax nor do we collect tax on behalf of any customs department.

Buyers are responsible for paying postage to have an item redelivered for failure to pay the customs tax or if an undeliverable address is provided, resulting in packages being shipped back to Awkeey. Please be sure the address provided upon checkout is one that is able to accept packages and tax due notices if your country imposes customs tax.
